The Los Angeles Lakers cannot seem to shake the injury bug this season. Anthony Davis has missed significant time this season with a various injuries and now LeBron James finds himself in a similar situation. Here's a look at when the four-time NBA MVP is expected to return from a foot issue.

Latest LeBron James Injury Update

LeBron James will be re-evaluated in three weeks for a tendon injury he suffered against the Dallas Mavericks on Sunday night. The 38-year-old could be overheard on the broadcast saying he "heard a pop" after driving to the rim against Dwight Powell in the third quarter. James did not exit, though.

James was seen walking with a limp after the game and his diagnosis was confirmed following an examination by the Lakers' medical staff in LA. A foot injury is tough to play through considering it is a part of the body that is pressured with every step. That is true when on offense or on defense, too.

Los Angeles' offense has been carried by James, who is averaging a team-high 29.5 points, 8.4 rebounds and 6.9 assists per game. His injury comes at a tough time for the Lakers, as they are attempting to secure a spot in the play-in tournament in order to have a chance to win the NBA title.
