3 Best Prop Bets for Knicks vs Heat NBA Game 3 on May 6 (Can Miami Slow Down Jalen Brunson?)

Saturday's slate of NBA postseason games includes a Game 3 between the New York Knicks and Miami Heat. FanDuel Sportsbook's latest NBA odds list the Heat as the 3.5-point home favorite with the projected total set at 208.5.
Here are three of the best NBA player prop bets for the Knicks vs Heat game, courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook.
Knicks vs Heat Player Props
1. Jalen Brunson — Points: Over 24.5 (-111)
Jalen Brunson shouldn't have much of an issue finishing with more than 24.5 points in Game 3. The fifth-year guard has already gone over that number in both of the first two games to begin the series, playing a role in his averaging 25.0 PPG this postseason. He's now hit the Over six times in his last nine games. Considering how Brunson has been playing around 40 minutes for the Knicks over the last four games, he sees more than enough playing time to make good on this prop once again. He's the straw that stirs the drink for New York and I don't see that changing.
2. Gabe Vincent — Threes Made: Over 2.5 (-120)
Gabe Vincent has been making some noise from three-point distance over his last three games. While his 36.1% three-point percentage over that span isn't mind-blowing, he's finished with at least four threes in each contest. Vincent is now averaging 3.3 threes in his last seven outings, finishing with the over on this prop in all but two of those games. The Knicks are allowing the fifth-most three-pointers this season (12.9) and allow opponents to shoot 36.6% from beyond the arc when they're on the road. In other words, as long as Vincent keeps seeing consistent volume, finishing with the Over won't be a problem.

3. RJ Barrett — Assists: Over 2.5 (-132)
After averaging 2.8 assists in the regular season, RJ Barrett has upped his playmaking in the playoffs, tallying 3.4 APG. He's already gone over 2.5 assists five times through seven playoff games and has accomplished the feat 11 times over his last 15 outings overall. If that's not impressive enough, Barrett has racked up three-plus assists in four of his six encounters with the Heat this year. At the end of the day, Barrett has more than proven that he's capable of hitting the Over, so there's no sense in doubting him now.
