Week 4 Fantasy Picks: Start 'Em, Sit 'Em for Bills vs Ravens

Updated:
Two teams with their eyes set on a Super Bowl 57 appearance meet head-to-head in Week 4 as the Buffalo Bills visit the Baltimore Ravens. FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL odds list the Bills as 3-point road favorites in a game that is full of elite playmakers on both sides of the football.
If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's our start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 4 AFC showdown.
Isaiah McKenzie Fantasy
Start Isaiah McKenzie, WR, Buffalo Bills: Isaiah McKenzie balled out in Week 3 by hauling in 7 of his 9 targets for 76 yards and 1 touchdown. He has already beaten his touchdown total from 2021 and is building quick chemistry with quarterback Josh Allen. That should come in handy against a Ravens defense that is giving up the most PPR fantasy points to opposing WRs this season. Baltimore has allowed a WR to score a touchdown against them five times already. With Gabriel Davis questionable to play due to a ankle injury, McKenzie could take on a massive role Sunday.
Rashod Bateman Fantasy
Start Rashod Bateman, WR, Baltimore Ravens: Quarterback Lamar Jackson and tight end Mark Andrews are must-start players every week for Baltimore. It's about time wide receiver Rashod Bateman joins that group, too. The second-year pro is averaging a reliable 75.3 yards on 2.7 receptions per game this season, which gives him a high floor. Not only that, but the Bills' secondary is riddled with injuries right now. Cornerbacks Tre'Davious White, Christian Benford and Xavier Rhodes have all been ruled out for Week 4. Bateman has proven that he only needs one big play to hit his score projection and the opportunity for a long TD is there against Buffalo.
Dawson Knox Fantasy
Sit Dawson Knox, TE, Buffalo Bills: Dawson Knox entered the season as a trendy breakout pick at the tight end position, yet hasn't been able to live up to those expectations so far. He has hauled in 9 of his 11 targets on the year for 79 yards and that has him ranked as the No. 24 TE in PPR-scoring fantasy football leagues. It's worth mentioning that Knox has been limited at practice this week with a back/hip injury and has to go up against a Baltimore defense that has given up the eighth-fewest yards to opposing TEs through three weeks (95). The 25-year-old is best kept on your bench this week.
JK Dobbins Fantasy
Sit JK Dobbins, RB, Baltimore Ravens: It was a quiet season debut for running back JK Dobbins as he rushed for 23 yards on 7 carries and added 17 receiving yards on 2 catches. Overall, he played in 27 offensive snaps, which was one less than fellow ball-carrier Justice Hill played in. It's clear the Ravens aren't afraid to be cautious with Dobbins and ease him back into the offense. That may be difficult to do against a Bills squad that has posted the fifth-best rush defense DVOA rating in the NFL. Buffalo is also giving up the fourth-fewest PPR fantasy points to opposing RBs. Keep Dobbins stashed on your bench until his workload increases.
