VIDEO: Jurickson Profar Highlights From 2004 Little League World Series are an Amazing Throwback

The Little League World Series is generally one of the best annual traditions in sports. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the tournament won't be taking place this year. But that doesn't mean we can't look back at some of the LLWS' most iconic moments.

For example, fans might not not remember Jurrickson Profar's time in the LLWS, but it makes for a pretty unreal throwback.

Like all kids participating in the tournament, Profar is asked about his favorite player, and he reveals its Alex Rodriguez.

Profar has enjoyed six seasons in the MLB, and he's coming off his two best years in the league. He's had back-to-back 20 home run seasons, and looks poised to play a big role for the San Diego Padres in 2020.
