Updated:

Former and current Green Bay Packers players will be back in action on Sunday as they participate in Donald Driver's celebrity softball game. The list of participants includes several exciting names, though none may be bigger than quarterback Brett Favre.

Favre and Driver reunited prior to Sunday's game in an amazing moment caught on video.

Driver flashed his trademark smile throughout as he embraced his former quarterback. It's abundantly clear this winning duo is happy to be back together.

The former Packers wideout earned three Pro Bowl nominations while catching passes from Favre from 1999-2007, recording a total of 503 catches, 6,977 yards and 38 TDs during their time together.

Other players taking part in Sunday's game, which raises money for the Donald Driver Foundation and others charities, include A.J. Dillon, Aaron Jones and James Jones. They're set to kick things off at 1 p.m. at Fox Cities Stadium.
