Week 4 of the 2022 NFL season featured some disappointing results from the top quarterbacks in fantasy football. Meanwhile, a handful of waiver-wire QBs put together some great outings.

If you're thinking about a change at QB for Week 5, here are our top three streaming quarterback picks (rostered in fewer than 50% of Yahoo! leagues) to target on the waiver wire.

3. Ryan Tannehill, Tennessee Titans (18%)

There's no denying that it was a rough start to the season for Ryan Tannehill, but the Titans veteran has turned it around over the past two weeks. He has completed 36 of his 48 pass attempts (75.0%) for 401 yards, accounted for 4 total touchdowns and tossed 1 interception over that span. Those efforts ranked him as the No. 14 QB in fantasy scoring from Week 3 to 4. He has an opportunity to take Tennessee into its Week 6 bye with a winning record on Sunday, too. That gives him added motivation to pick apart a Washington team that has given up the seventh-most fantasy points to opposing QBs and has posted the third-worst pass defense DVOA rating in the NFL.

2. Zach Wilson, New York Jets (10%)

It was an up-and-down season debut for Zach Wilson in Week 4. He threw a costly pick-six and logged a receiving touchdown before leading the Jets on a game-winning drive late in the fourth quarter. Overall, the second-year pro finished as the No. 11 QB in fantasy scoring on Sunday with 252 yards and 2 total touchdowns. Wilson is surrounded by offensive weapons in the form of rookie running back Breece Hall and wide receiver Garrett Wilson. He is also facing a Miami Dolphins' defense that is giving up the second-most fantasy points to opposing QBs (8 passing touchdowns allowed). That is a recipe for a successful streaming result.

1. Teddy Bridgewater, Miami Dolphins (2%)

Let's stick to the same game here. Wilson is in line for a big day, but veteran Teddy Bridgewater is as well. The Jets are giving up the 11th-most fantasy points to opposing QBs and have allowed 11.0 yards per completion on the year (No. 21 in NFL). New York's secondary is going to have a tough time covering both Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle, which will provide Bridgewater with an opportunity to connect with them on a few long gains down the field. Keep in mind the Pro Bowl talent has thrown 72 touchdowns across 75 career games (63 starts) and averages 195.1 passing yards per game. His high floor makes him a great streaming option.
