Miami vs San Diego State Odds Released for Possible NCAA Championship Matchup

The NCAA Men's Final Four is here, meaning college basketball fans are already thinking about which two teams could face off for the title on Monday, April 3. Seeing two underrated squads meet head-to-head in the Miami Hurricanes and San Diego State Aztecs is a battle viewers would love to see.

Even though this potential NCAA Championship showdown hasn't been confirmed, FanDuel Sportsbook has released odds for the hypothetical collision.

FanDuel Sportsbook is listing San Diego State as 0.5-point favorites in this potential title game. The Aztecs have -110 odds to cover the spread, while the Hurricanes check in with -110 odds to cover as 0.5-point underdogs. Odds for the moneyline, point total and player props have yet to be released.

It's worth noting that out of the top eight seeds in the NCAA Tournament, No. 5 seeds are the only ones to have never captured a title. Ending that drought would be a great way to finish a tourney that has been filled with upsets. Miami and San Diego State have been on the winning end of a few so far.

This potential showdown would also notably be between two schools that have never been the last team standing. In fact, this weekend marks the first time either the Hurricanes or the Aztecs are in the Final Four. Head coaches Jim Laranaga and Brian Dutcher deserve a ton of credit for their leadership.

For now, Miami heads into Saturday as a 5.5-point underdog against 4-seed UConn with +202 moneyline odds. San Diego State is listed as a 2.5-point favorite with -154 moneyline odds ahead of a game against the 9-seed FAU Owls. It'll be riveting to see if either team can keep the momentum going.
