Leishman's best stretch at the Open Championship came from 2014 to 2017, when he claimed T-5, T-2 and T-6 finishes. Unfortunately, he hasn't come close to matching those performances. In fact, he placed 60th in 2018 and failed to make the cut in either of the last two editions of the tournament.

Much to his dismay, Leishman's recent PGA Tour play doesn't provide bettors with confidence either. Although his T-14 showing at the U.S. Open was impressive, that's only one of top top-25 finishes in his last 12 outings. Furthermore, he's missed the cut in three of his last four events.

I don't necessarily trust Leishman this week, but he does have success at St Andrews. He's worth keeping an eye on, but I'm keeping expectations low with a top-30 finish at +230.
