Winning one Stanley Cup is hard, no doubt. Winning more than one Stanley Cup in a row, though? That's been just shy of impossible in the modern NHL. Only eight franchises in the league's history can say they've won back-to-back cups at least once, and only three teams have done it in the last 30 years.

Even more impressive is winning three straight, which is something the Tampa Bay Lightning still have a shot at after advancing to the 2022 Conference Finals.

Here's a list of every back-to-back Stanley Cup winners dating back to 1927, when the Stanley Cup became the NHL Championship, as well as teams who have won three straight or more.
