Who Will the Kraken Play in Round 2 of the Playoffs?

As the West's top wild-card team, Seattle will face the No. 2 Dallas Stars, who defeated the No. 3 Minnesota Wild in five games.

The Kraken's second-round matchup will be a typical best-of-seven series that follows the 2-2-1-1-1 format. That means the better seed (Dallas) hosts Games 1 and 2, plus Games 5 and 7 if those are necessary. The worse seed (Seattle) hosts Games 3 and 4, plus Game 6 if that is necessary.
