Kazuki Higa has never won The Masters. In fact, this will be his first ever appearance at Augusta.

Kazuki Higa Masters Prediction 2023

Kazuki Higa has followed a similar path as 2021 Masters champion Hideki Matsuyama did early in his career. He attended Tohoku Fukushi University and then led the Japan Golf Tour's Order of Merit with four wins in 2022. His rise has also come from a T4 finish at the Hero Indian Open back in February.

Higa has taken part in six PGA Tour events prior to this weekend and has made the cut three times. His four international wins are nothing to scoff at, though, and prove that Higa has the talent to make a good first impression at Augusta. Finding a way to not let the pressure get to him will be key.

At the end of the day, this field is far too talented and deep for it to be worth backing Higa to make the cut. However, backing him to miss the cut doesn't come with much value, either, given the -142 odds that come with it. It's best to avoid Higa and just keep an eye on what the pro can do on a big stage.
