Jaguars Get Big Relief on Latest Trevor Lawrence Injury Update

After a thrilling overtime victory against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday, the Jacksonville Jaguars had to turn things around quickly before a Thursday Night Football clash in Week 16. Injuries are always a point of focus on short weeks and that was especially the case for Jacksonville when quarterback Trevor Lawrence missed Monday's practice because of a toe injury.

Fortunately, the situation resolved itself quickly.

Although he was listed as questionable on the official injury report, the Jaguars will have Lawrence in the starting lineup on Thursday night.

Lawrence has flourished in his second full NFL season, and under a new head coach Doug Pederson. The second-year pro will surpass his passing yards total from last year in Week 16 and has thrown 24 touchdowns to just 7 interceptions.

Jacksonville battles the New York Jets on Thursday night, a game in which they are considered 1.5-point road underdogs, according to NFL odds on FanDuel Sportsbook.
