The New York Giants will be back in the NFL playoffs for the first time since 2016 following the 2022 season. Head coach Brian Daboll's team clinched a playoff spot in Week 17, and fans are eager to know when the team will play following their regular-season finale.

Here's everything you need to know about the Giants' playoff schedule for the 2022-23 NFL postseason.

What Seed Are the Giants?

The Giants are locked into the No. 6 seed in the NFC. They are no longer in contention for the NFC East title and are too far back from the Dallas Cowboys to move up to the No. 5 seed. New York is also too far ahead of the other NFC teams fighting for the last playoff spot to fall down to the No. 7 seed.

Who Will the Giants Play in the Playoffs?

The Giants will be playing on the road during Wild Card Weekend against the 3-seed Minnesota Vikings. This matchup was set after the San Francisco 49ers won in Week 18, which locked in Minnesota as the No. 3 seed.

The Giants' first playoff matchup is now set. New York will face Minnesota at 4:40 p.m. ET on Sunday, Jan. 15. Check out the full list of postseason dates below.
