FanDuel Fantasy Golf Picks for the QBE Shootout 2022 at Tiburón Golf Club

The PGA Tour is preparing for its next event, which is the QBE Shootout at
the Tiburón Golf Club at the Ritz-Carlton Resort in Naples.

This field is filled with pairs of players that will compete in a different format than your usual PGA Tour events. Two-man teams will go up against each other to raise this trophy.

Let's take a look at three golfers to consider when putting together your fantasy team this week.

QBE Shootout 2022 Fantasy Picks

Harris English and Matt Kuchar Fantasy

Harris English and Matt Kuchar have crushed this event throughout their careers. They have won here three separate times (2013, 2016, and 2020). On this shorter course, their accuracy and ball striking should help them reign supreme again. English has made five consecutive cuts coming into the event and Kuchar missed his last cut, but had three consecutive top-30 finishes prior to that. Coming back to a course they have so much success at and experience playing together, I expect them to be right atop that leaderboard once again.

Max Homa and Kevin Kisner Fantasy

Mac Homa himself has gotten off to a fantastic start this season, already grabbing a win and three top-20 finishes in four starts. Homa and Kevin Kisner have played in this event once before and placed 5th. Kisner has played in three events this season and improved his finishing position each time. Their experience, ball striking and short games should help keep Homa and Kisner in contention for this one just like the last time.

Trey Mullinax and Scott Stallings Fantasy

Trey Mullinax withdrew from his most recent start, but the one previous to that he grabbed a T4 finish. He has never played at this course as a professional, but his partner Scott Stallings has. Stallings last played this course in 2011 as a pro, where his team finished 6th. Stallings is also on a run of four straight made cuts to start the season. If he can help his partner navigate this course, these guys could end up making some noise this week.
