FanDuel Fantasy Golf Picks for the Hero World Challenge 2022 at Albany

FanDuel Fantasy Golf Picks for the Hero World Challenge 2022 at Albany

The PGA Tour is preparing for its next event, which is the Hero World Challenge at
Albany, in New Providence, Bahamas.

This field is absolutely loaded with top players and big names. Guys like Jon Rahm, Scottie Scheffler, Justin Thomas, Collin Morikawa and Tiger Woods are all scheduled to play as of now.

Let's take a look at three golfers to consider when putting together your fantasy team this week.

Hero World Challenge 2022 Fantasy Picks

Tony Finau Fantasy

Tony Finau missed his first cut of the season at the World Wide Technology Championship in early November. That didn't phase him, though. He quickly followed it up with a win at the Cadence Bank Houston Open just a week later. Now he heads to a course he's been fantastic at. Finau only has three professional appearances at Albany, but he's dominated there. He has finishes of 7th, 10th, and 2nd in his last three starts there, respectively. Combine his recent success and his history at Albany, plus the number you can get him at, and I love Finau this week.

Xander Schauffele Fantasy

Xander Schauffele doesn't have as good of a start to his season of Tony Finau, but he did grab a T9 in his lone start thus far. And again, while his history at Albany isn't as strong as Finau's he does have two top-10 finishes in his three career starts. The competition is always tough here, but Schauffele has never been scared of that, usually playing some of his best golf against the best competition.

Collin Morikawa Fantasy

Considering how talented Morikawa is, you're getting here at a pretty solid price. He has played in three events so far this season, and he has improved his finishing position in each one of them. He went form a T45 in the ZOZ Championship to a T29 in THE CJ CUP and then most recently he had a T15 at the World Wide Technology Championship. He has only played in this event once in his career, but he finished 5th in that lone appearance.
