Eagles Dominate the Pro Bowl Fan Vote

Eagles Dominate the Pro Bowl Fan Vote

Updated:

As part of the finale of the fan ballot, the NFL announced the top vote getters at each positing for the 2023 Pro Bowl on Monday afternoon. In what should come as no surprise, the Philadelphia Eagles are well represented.

NFC East insider Ralph Vacchiano reported that six players from the division finished as the top vote getter at their respective position. Three of those six are Eagles.

The list includes quarterback Jalen Hurts, center Jason Kelce and defensive tackle Javon Hargrave. One notable name missing from the list is wide receiver A.J. Brown, although he's dealing with stiff competition such as Justin Jefferson and CeeDee Lamb.

Hurts is putting on an MVP campaign in 2022. He ranks 10th in the league in passing yards, seventh in completion percentage and fourth in QBR. Hurts' performances throwing the football are far from his only impact on the field. His 747 rushing yards rank behind only Justin Fields and Lamar Jackson, but he leads the league's QB with 13 scores on the ground.

Kelce has been a force, yet again, on the offensive line and boasts a stellar 89.4 rating from PFF. Meanwhile, Hargrave has brought in a career-high 10.0 sacks.
