Dolphins Divisional Round Schedule for 2023 Playoffs (Next Game Opponent, Time and TV Schedule)

Updated:

The Miami Dolphins are hoping to enjoy an extended stay in the 2022-23 NFL playoffs. If Miami beats the Buffalo Bills on Wild Card Weekend, they'll then head on to the Divisional Round.

Fans are already curious about the potential schedule for the next round. Here's everything you need to know.

Who Will the Dolphins Play Next in the Playoffs if They Win?

The Dolphins entered the AFC bracket of the playoffs as the No. 7 seed. That resulted in them drawing the highest seed to open the postseason -- since the No. 1 seed is on a bye for this round -- which is No. 2 Buffalo.

Should Maimi beat the Bills on Sunday, the team would then advance to the Divisional Round. They'd played the highest remaining seed in the postseason following Wild Card Weekend, which would happen to be the No. 1 Kansas City Chiefs. As the 7-seed, the Dolphins would be on the road again in the Divisional Round.

Here's the current seeding order heading into Wild Card play: Kansas City Chiefs (1-seed, bye), Buffalo Bills (2-seed), Cincinnati Bengals (3-seed), Jacksonville Jaguars (4-seed), Los Angeles Chargers (5-seed), Baltimore Ravens (6-seed), Miami Dolphins (7-seed).

When Do the Dolphins Play Next in Playoffs?

The NFL has already set the dates for the Divisional Round, giving a glimpse at when the Dolphins could play next weekend if they advance. After using Saturday, Sunday and Monday for Wild Card matchups, the league will only use the first two days next round. Times have not been revealed yet for Divisional Round games.
