Commanders Get Unfortunate Jahan Dotson Injury Update for Week 9

Updated:

After an electric start to his rookie campaign, Washington Commanders wide receiver Jahan Dotson hasn't played since Week 4. The dynamic pass-catcher continues to work back from a hamstring issue and one that's held him out of practice since Oct. 20.

Unfortunately, Commanders fans will have to wait a bit longer to see Dotson return to the field.

NFL insider Jeremy Fowler reported Friday that the Commanders expect Dotson to miss Sunday's contest with the Minnesota Vikings. He hasn't practiced yet this week.

Dotson quickly turned in 4 TDs and 12 receptions for 152 yards in Weeks 1-4. The Commanders continue to lean on veteran Curtis Samuel and Terry McLaurin in his absence.

Washington enters this Week 9 clash as slim 3-point home underdogs on FanDuel Sportsbook.
