Coffeewithchris Preakness Prediction and Pick

It's not shock that Coffeewithchris is viewed as a long shot to win the Preakness. He was entered into the field at the last minute, and this will be his first event in a graded stakes despite 12 previous starts.

However, there's some things to like about the colt. His bloodline has enjoyed success in the Preakness, as Coffeewithchris is the son of 2014 runner-up Ride on Curlin. The three-year-old also won his only previous start at Pimlico, and he's now set to start from the No. 4 position, which has produced the second-most winners (tied with No. 7) in Preakness history. There's a chance Coffeewithchris gives horse racing its next big surprise on Saturday.
