Buccaneers Divisional Round Schedule for 2023 Playoffs (Next Game Opponent, Time and TV Schedule)
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are hoping to enjoy an extended stay in the 2022-23 NFL playoffs. If Tampa Bay beats the Dallas Cowboys on Wild Card Weekend they'll then head on to the Divisional Round.
Fans are already curious about the potential schedule for the next round. Here's everything you need to know.
Who Will the Buccaneers Play Next in the Playoffs if They Win?
The Buccaneers entered the NFC bracket of the playoffs as the No. 4 seed. That resulted in them drawing the third-lowest seed to open the postseason -- since the No. 1 seed is on a bye for this round -- which is No. 5 Dallas.
Should the Buccaneers beat the Cowboys on Monday, the team would then advance to the Divisional Round. They'd play one of the four following teams in the next round: the Philadelphia Eagles, Minnesota Vikings, New York Giants or San Francisco 49ers. As the 4-seed, the Buccaneers would only be at home again in the Divisional Round if they were to face the Giants.
Here's the current seeding order heading into Wild Card play: Philadelphia Eagles (1-seed, bye), San Francisco 49ers (2-seed), Minnesota Vikings (3-seed), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-seed), Dallas Cowboys (5-seed), New York Giants (6-seed), Seattle Seahawks (7-seed).
