Best Same-Game Parlay for Nuggets vs Lakers NBA Playoffs Game 3 (MPJ's Sharpshooting Success Continues)

The 2022-23 NBA Playoffs continue on Saturday night Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals between the Denver Nuggets and Los Angeles Lakers at 8:30 p.m. ET. There are a ton of ways to get in on the betting action, including making your own same-game parlay on FanDuel Sportsbook.

A same-game parlay is exactly what it sounds like. It involves stringing bets from one game together to create a parlay. Of course, all legs must cash for the parlay to be deemed a winning ticket. With that in mind, here's a look at my best same-game parlay for the Nuggets-Lakers matchup.

Lakers vs Nuggets Same-Game Parlay for Game 3

Michael Porter Jr. Over 2.5 Threes Made

Anthony Davis to Score 25+ Points

Rui Hachimura Under 3.5 Rebounds

Leg 1: Michael Porter Jr. to Record 2.5 Threes Made (-113)

Michael Porter Jr. has been phenomenal from the three-point line throughout the 2022-23 campaign. He's carried that success into this series, shooting 7-of-13 (53.8%) from downtown in Games 1 and 2. Porter has now hit the over on this prop in three of his last four games and four of his previous six. I'm confident that he can finish with at least a trio of threes again tonight. After all, the Lakers are allowing the Nuggets to average 14.5 threes with a 41.4% success rate so far. As long as his teammates keep feeding him the ball, Porter will continue doing damage from beyond the arc.

Leg 2: Anthony Davis to Score 25+ Points (-125)

It's no secret that Anthony Davis' dud performance was one of the key reasons the Lakers lost Game 2. The talented big man couldn't find any offensive success or rhythm, scoring just 18 points on 26.7% shooting. Having said that, the eight-time NBA All-Star has been great at bouncing back from poor shooting nights this postseason. Davis has finished with fewer than 20 points five times during the 2022-23 playoffs, only to average 31.4 points in the following game. In fact, he dropped 40 points in his latest outing following a sub-20-point showing. The Lakers can't win if Davis struggles, so expect a return to Arena to help him get back on track.

Leg 3: Rui Hachimura to Record Under 3.5 Rebounds (+116)

On paper, recording more than 3.5 rebounds shouldn't be that much of an ask from a 6-foot-8 power forward. Nevertheless, it's been a goal that's eluded Rui Hachimura during the postseason. The former Gonzaga Bulldog is averaging just 3.2 rebounds through 14 games (down from 4.7 in the regular season) and has finished with the under on this prop in each of his last six outings. I don't see that trend changing seeing as the Nuggets have smothered the Lakers on the glass, holding them to an average of 35.0 rebounds in Games 1 and 2. As solid as Hachimura can be, it's best to keep expectations low for now.
