Bengals vs Bills Odds Released for Possible AFC Championship Matchup

The Cincinnati Bengals will aim to build off their close Wild Card Round win when they face the Tennessee Titans on Saturday. Meanwhile, the Buffalo Bills will take on the Kansas City Chiefs during the Divisional Round in what has quickly become a rivalry game.

There's a possibility that Cincinnati and Buffalo could meet in the AFC Championship. In fact, FanDuel Sportsbook has already released odds for this potential contest.

Bengals vs Bills Playoffs

The Bills are listed as 6.5-point home favorites in this hypothetical game with -115 odds to cover the spread. The Bengals are -105 to cover as 6.5-point road underdogs.

Buffalo is the -300 favorite on the moneyline to win this contest, while Cincinnati is a +245 underdog.

The Bengals are set to play against the Titans for the first time since they came out victorious by a score of 31-20 back in November of 2020. This team has nothing to lose and is made up of players making their first career playoff run, including starting quarterback Joe Burrow.

On the other side, the Bills have a solid shot at reaching the AFC Championship given they have already gone into Arrowhead and won earlier this year. Buffalo defeated Kansas City by a score of 38-20 in Week 5 thanks to a stellar performance from head coach Sean McDermott's defense.

These two teams haven't met since 2019, but bring a lot to the table. Cincinnati and Buffalo both rank amongst the top 10 NFL teams in scoring and yards per play. It's safe to say a playoff matchup between the Bengals and Bills would feature some offensive fireworks.
