As always, check the program for scratches and changes, check the weather and keep an eye on the track conditions.

(I will reference Equibase's Speed Figure in selected races, which tells you how fast a horse has been running in each of its races -- adjusted for track, distances, and conditions).

Belmont Park Betting Picks

Check out the biggest stakes races ahead at Belmont Park, including the June 10 Belmont Stakes.

According to numberFire horse racing projections and Guaranteed Tip Sheet, these are some of the best bets to make at FanDuel Racing today. The best value option will not necessarily be the top pick(s).

FanDuel Racing's May 19 picks at Pimlico went 3-for-3 and produced an 11/1 winner on Taxed in the Black-Eyed Susan Stakes that also paid $190 on a $2 exacta bet. The May 26 picks at Belmont produced two top play winners, but both as favorites. On Sat., May 27 at Belmont, FanDuel Racing top picks went 3-for-3 including a $2 exacta payoff for $89 in Race 9.

1. Diamond Status and Tap It Up, Race 2

FanDuel Racing Odds: 3/1 and 9/2

Race 2 is a high-end Maiden Claimer for fillies and mares at 1 mile on the turf. Diamond Status (3/1) is a win contender in good current form, according to numberFire and Guaranteed Tip Sheet. But she's 0-for-12 as a maiden. Can't Keep Me Down (5/2) will get overbet with top jockey Irad Ortiz, Jr. riding. Tap It Up (9/2) and Wonder Girl (5/1) are in the mix, and Tap It Up makes her 10th start and ran her best speed figure here three weeks ago when finishing runner-up.

2. Mondego and C'Est Magnifique, Race 6

FanDuel Racing Odds: 5/2 and 4/1

Race 6 is an Allowance race for 3-year-olds at 1 1/8 miles on the inner turf. Mondego (5/2) is exiting a maiden race going this same distance at Belmont a month ago where he went wire-to-wire for the win. He's a primary win contender if he repeats that performance with top jockey Joel Rosario riding again. C’Est Magnifique (4/1) is leading trainer Chad Brown's colt, who finished 3rd in his most recent race and was compromised by a lack of pace. He's the top pick by numberFire's data and also Guaranteed Tip Sheet. Jungfrau (6/1) is trained by Bill Mott, and this colt showed promise early on and progressed nicely during his 2-year-old season. He tries turf for the first time, but he has tactical speed and gets first time Lasix.

3. Cyber Ninja and American Hustle, Race 9

FanDuel Racing Odds: 9/2 and 8/1

Race 9 is a Maiden Special Weight at 1 3/8 miles on the inner turf. Cyber Ninja (9/2) is a top win contender, according to both numberFire and GTS. The meets top jockey Jose Ortiz rides, and Cyber Ninga earned a solid speed figure on dirt in his career debut, but visually appeared to show more of an affinity for turf when he switched surfaces in his second start.
Leading trainer Chad Brown has a solid pair in Just So (5/1) and Equal Projection (4/1) breaking from the inside posts. Christophe Clement-trained American Hustle (8/1) has strong stretch rider Joel Rosario in the saddle, and American Hustle switches back to grass where he produced solid speed figures last year as a 2-year-old.

Game odds refresh periodically and are subject to change.
