Caceres vs Erosa Prediction
Though Caceres picked up a unanimous decision loss to Sodiq Yusuff in his last outing, it's important to point out how well he was doing before that. The 34-year-old veteran was on a five-fight winning streak before that loss, leaving time to tell if he can get back into the win column.
Meanwhile, Erosa is experiencing one of the best stretches of his career, going 6-1 in his last seven fights. He's won three of those fights by decision, one by TKO and another by unanimous decision, showcasing just how dominant he's looked at times.
It's hard for me to go against Erosa in this one. While Caceres could bounce back, he's also experienced back-to-back losses on four different occasions in his career. He's also been submitted seven times, which makes it tough to imagine how he'll handle a submission expert like Erosa.
I'll take Erosa winning this one.
Caceres vs Erosa Best Bets
As mentioned before, Erosa has been submitting opponents left and right, going a perfect 12-0 when his fights end in submission. Although Caceres has made a handful of opponents tap out in the past, he's 4-5 when it comes to submission endings under the UFC umbrella.
With all of the momentum that he's built up, it's hard to see Erosa losing here. Considering how Caceres has been susceptible to tapping out in the past, give me Erosa winning by submission (+550) this weekend.
