3 Best Prop Bets for Nuggets vs Suns NBA Playoffs Game 4 on May 7 (Can Devin Booker Stay Red-Hot Against Denver?)

Updated:

Sunday's NBA Playoffs slate includes an exciting Game 4 showdown between the Denver Nuggets and Phoenix Suns. The Suns rebounded from back-to-back losses to open this series with a 121-114 Game 3 victory. Devin Booker and Kevin Durant combined to tally 86 points on 32-of-56 shooting.

Here are three of the best prop bets for Nuggets-Suns Game 4, courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook.

Nuggets vs Suns Game 4 Player Props

1. Devin Booker - Made Threes: Over 2.5 (-125)

Devin Booker has simply taken over during the NBA Playoffs, averaging 36.9 points per game on a 60.2% shooting percentage. Taking the over on his points prop (31.5) lines up as a great option here, but more value lies in his made threes prop. Booker is shooting 48.9% from beyond the arc during the postseason and has drained at least 3 three-pointers in six of eight contests. He has also attempted 8 three-pointers in each of his last two games, so the necessary volume is going to be there on Sunday. Keep in mind that the Nuggets also allow over a 4.0% higher opponent three-point percentage on the road than at home this season.

2. Deandre Ayton - Points: Under 13.5 (+100)

While Booker has taken over for the Suns, Deandre Ayton has disappeared. The 2018 No. 1 overall pick put together his worst performance of the postseason in Game 3 with only 4 points on a 2-of-6 shooting mark. Ayton played in a postseason-low 26 minutes, too, as he lost playing time to Jock Landale. Landale gave the Suns a much-needed spark around the rim and provided a few hustle plays as well. Nikola Jokic's presence down low was already going to limit Ayton's scoring chances in Game 4, and a smaller role only makes the idea of Phoenix's center balling out seem more unrealistic.

3. Bruce Brown - Points: Over 10.5 (-102)

This game is going to be all about the efforts of guys like Booker and Jokic, but it's worth keeping an eye on Bruce Brown. The Denver role player has scored at least 11 points in six of Denver's eight playoff games, including two of three against the Suns. Phoenix will once again be without point guard Chris Paul on Sunday, meaning Brown will be guarded by the likes of Cameron Payne and Landry Shamet. The veteran has enough moves in his arsenal to take advantage in those scenarios. It should only take Brown a few contested drives and a couple of mid-range jumpers to hit this mark.
