3 Best Prop Bets for Grizzlies vs Lakers Game 3 on April 22 (Anthony Davis Hosts Another Block Party)

The first-round playoff series between the Memphis Grizzlies and Los Angeles Lakers shifts to California on Saturday for Game 3. Both teams are looking for a pivotal win here after splitting the first two games in Memphis.

1. Anthony Davis - Player Blocks: Over 3.5 (+132)

AD has been blocking everything in sight this series, swatting 7 shots in Game 1 and 5 more in Game 2. He's been seemingly everywhere on the defensive end, so expect that trend to continue in front of the Lakers' home crowd. He's notched at least 4 blocks in three straight games and has multiple blocks in nine consecutive games, so he's been at it for awhile now. With plus odds on this bet as well, this prop is a great value play.

2. Anthony Davis - Player Rebounds: Under 12.5 (-108)

As dominant as Davis has been on defense, he hasn't been quite as outstanding on the glass. He's still been solid with 21 rebounds in the series so far, but recent trends point to him going under 12.5 tonight. Over his last 20 games, he's gone under that number more often than not (12 times under / 8 times over). He's also reduced some of his rebounding opportunities by blocking so many shots, and perhaps expending so much energy on the defensive end has prevented him from exerting himself on the boards. Either way, we're leaning towards the Under here.

3. LeBron James - Player Rebounds: Over 8.5 (-140)

One reason Davis hasn't been getting as many rebounds is because James is hogging them. LBJ has been a rebounding machine in this series with 23 boards over the first two games -- two more than Davis. That leads all players in the series, as James has reached double digits in both games so far. He doesn't even to exceed 10 boards to hit the Over on this prop, so bank on another strong rebounding night from James, who's gone over 8.5 boards in four of his last eight games.
