Thursday Night Football Prop Bets

Here are three of the best prop bets for the Falcons vs Panthers matchup, courtesy of NFL odds on FanDuel Sportsbook.

Falcons vs Panthers TNF Prop Bets Tonight

1. D'Onta Foreman - Any Time Touchdown (+130)

D'Onta Foreman made his first start of the season against the Falcons two weeks ago and it went off without a hitch. The 26-year-old running back not only turned 26 carries into 118 rushing yards but also finished the game with a trio of touchdowns. As the Panthers' lead RB, he appears poised to find the end zone again. While the Falcons are solid at limiting rushing yards, they've allowed 10 TDs to running backs, which is tied for the seventh-most in the NFL. With D.J. Moore really being Carolina's only other offensive threat, look for Foreman to find paydirt tonight.

2. Cordarrelle Patterson - Rushing Yards: Under 54.5 (-110)

It's safe to say that Cordarrelle Patterson isn't the clear-cut top running back in Atlanta anymore. Tyler Allgeier and Caleb Huntley earned bigger roles while the veteran was injured. This change was highlighted by Patterson seeing 13 carries last week compared to Allgeier (10) and Huntley (7). While 54.5 rushing yards isn't a huge total, it's a mark that the 31-year-old has only surpassed only once in his last four games. With the Falcons' backfield divided in the way it is, it's hard to trust Patterson on this prop — especially with such a short turnaround from Sunday. Err on the side of caution by taking the under here.

3. P.J. Walker - Passing Yards: Over 165.5 (-110)

Despite poor play leading to Baker Mayfield replacing him last week, P.J. Walker is starting again against the Falcons. Fortunately, Atlanta is the perfect team for Walker to get back on track. After all, no team allows more passing yards per game (300.0) than the Falcons. The former Tempa product took advantage of that matchup two weeks ago when he threw for 317 passing yards while going 19-of-36 on his attempts. Considering that Atlanta has allowed the over on this prop in every single game this season, I'm more than confident that Walker will bounce back, tossing at least 166 yards in the process.
