The 76ers are coming off a solid 110-101 win over the New York Knicks that saw Jaden Springer lead the way with 23 points on 57.1% shooting. The Mavericks, on the other hand, weren't as lucky in their Summer League debut, falling 91-80 to the Oklahoma City Thunder.

76ers vs Mavericks Prediction & Pick
Even though the Mavericks are the favorites, I'm having a tough time buying into that hype. For starters, they were outscored in every quarter in their loss to the Thunder. Furthermore, the Mavs didn't even have the lead once in the final 14 minutes of the game.
The Mavericks also shot just 41.5% from the field and 29.0% from three-point range in defeat. Meanwhile, the 76ers finished with 48.2% field goal and 37.9% three-point percentages. Dallas' shooting struggles could continue considering that Philadelphia showed good defensive pressure against New York, racking up 10 blocks and eight steals.
The 76ers have momentum on their side and are coming off a more admirable performance. The Mavericks have a lot to work on, leading to me siding with the underdog tonight.
Final Score Prediction: 76ers: 91 | Mavericks: 85
76ers vs Mavericks Best Bet
After a strong performance against the Knicks, I won't be surprised if Jaden Springer has another strong performance for the 76ers. Philadelphia clearly trusts the former Tennessee product, made evident by his team-high 32 minutes while attempting the second-most field goals (14).
After averaging 15.3 PPG in Salt Lake City and finishing with 23 points two days ago, look for Springer to have another 20-plus point performance.
Bet: Jaden Springer to Record 20+ Points (-138)
