VERIFICATION

What is Verification?

Your account security is our #1 priority. That's why we verify your identity when you sign up for Casino. The process is simple, secure and seamless.

We use a third-party provider to verify your name, date of birth, social security number, and in some states, your address.

Your private information will be deleted after the verification process is complete.

How it works

  1. Download the FanDuel Casino App from the iOS/Google Play store or sign up on casino.fanduel.com.
  2. Create your account with an email and password.
  3. Go through the verification process
    1. You will have 3 attempts to verify your account. If you are unsuccessful, you will be prompted to scan your ID via ID Scan. ID Scan allows you to verify your identity by uploading the front and back of your ID.
  4. If verification is successful, your screen will say "You're verified" and you can tap Continue to get started!

*Your information will be deleted after the verification process is complete.
*If you're having trouble uploading your ID through the Automated Upload, reach out to our customer support team.
*In PA, NJ, and CT users are also required to authenticate their account. After verifying your information, you'll be asked a series of questions based on information from the public record.
These questions can be related to school, cars, and other history that would be available on public record. If you are unable to pass you can contact support to reset the authentication so that you can try again.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR WALLET

Your Wallet stores all of your available funds. This includes all cash funds and Casino Bonuses.

Deposits allow you to add funds to your wallet and withdrawals allow you to take your cash out!

One Wallet

Once you create a FanDuel account, your login credentials can be used on all FanDuel products across one wallet.

Refunds

You can refund a deposit for any unplayed funds back to its original payment method from the Refund section of the Withdrawal page. Cash deposits are refunded via check.

Types of Rewards

Bonuses
A Bonus is site-credit given to a customer who fulfills a promotion. Customers typically receive bonuses within 72 hours after completing all promotion steps within the terms & conditions. Customers only have to play through their bonus one time to withdraw their funds. Keep in mind that some Bonuses expire, and you can check the promotion’s terms and conditions to find out if and when they do.

Birthday Bonus
Celebrate your special day on FanDuel Casino with a Birthday Bonus from Rewards Club! To be eligible, you’ll simply need to have placed at least $1 in real‑money casino wagers in the last 180 days. For more details, check out the FanDuel Casino Rewards Club Terms & Conditions.

Bonus Spins
Bonus Spins are a form of prepaid credit for customers to play on specific slot games. You can find a list of eligible games on the promotion page associated with the offer. Winnings will be credited into the customer’s account in the form of Casino Bonus.

Weekly Bonus Back
If you’re down after a week of play, you will get a percentage of your net loss back in Casino Bonus. "Net loss" simply means the difference between what you won and lost with real money wagers: Casino Bonuses and Bonus Spins don’t count towards this. For example: A Level 2 player has a 10% Bonus Back for the week. During the week, she places $100 in wagers: $90 in real money, and $10 in Casino Bonus. By the end of the week, she’s won a total of $50. This means her net loss is $90 (real money wagers) - $50 (winnings) = $40, making her eligible for a Bonus Back. At Level 2 she’ll get 10% of that amount back: $40 x 10% = $4.

Reward Box
Enjoy a little surprise each month with a Reward Box—your click‑to‑redeem treat packed with Casino Bonus or Bonus Spins. When a Reward Box pops up on your Program Page, be sure to claim it within six hours (or longer, when we extend that timing and let you know directly). Once you redeem it, any Casino Bonus or Bonus Spins inside will be available to you for at least three days before they expire. 1x Wagering Requirement

Unlike other casinos who make you wager your site credit over and over before you can withdraw any winnings, our wagering requirement is limited to one time only. Just play through your Bonus once and any winnings are yours!

Play It Again $1000

Our Play It Again $1000 promotion lets new Casino customers get up to $1000 back if you're down after your first day.

How It Works

  • Bonus period begins on your first real money wager on Casino and extends for 24 hours.
  • You'll receive a refund in non-withdrawable Casino Bonus for your net losses in your first 24 hours of Casino play. Maximum Bonus $1,000.
  • Casino Bonus will be automatically applied to your account within 72 hours of the end of the bonus period.
  • Bonus expires 7 days after receipt.

What Are Net Losses?

A net loss equals winnings minus the amount wagered

Bet & Get

Bet & Get promotions give Casino rewards, like Casino Bonus or Bonus Spins, to customers who make one or more real-money wagers that meet a bet requirement.

For example, a customer who opts in to a Bet $5, Get $10 promotion will receive a $10 Bonus after $5 in cash wagers are placed.

Deposit Bonus

A Deposit Bonus promotion gives customers a Casino reward after they meet a deposit requirement that is listed in the terms and conditions.

For example, a customer who opts in to a Bonus Spins promotion that has a $10 deposit requirement will receive their Bonus Spins after they deposit $10.

Deposit Match

A Deposit Match promotion means that a customer will receive a Bonus equal to a percentage of the funds they deposit, up to a specified amount, on top of the cash they deposit.

For example, a customer who opts in to a 100% Deposit Match up to $50 promotion and deposits $25 will receive a $25 Bonus. A customer who opts in to the same promotion and deposits $50 will receive a $50 Bonus. A customer who opts in to the same promotion and deposits $75 will also receive a $50 Bonus.

Sweepstakes

Customers earn entries into a Sweepstakes promotion by meeting a certain wagering requirement per entry. Winners are selected in a random drawing. In many Sweepstakes, customers who play multiple days a week will have their entries multiplied between one time and six times if they earn the max entries each eligible day. Winners are awarded in Casino Bonus.

Happy Hour

Happy Hour is a limited time promotion that occurs on select days/times (i.e. Fridays from 4-10) in all casino states (MI, NJ, PA, CT and WV). Once a Happy Hour promotion begins, you have the chance to claim Bonus Spins on specific games until the end of the Happy Hour period. To claim your spins, simply opt in through the Happy Hour carousel card on the Casino homepage.

Leaderboards

Leaderboards are promotions that revolve around competition and rankings. Players compete against each other to climb the ranks by wagering on eligible games to receive points and climb the leaderboard to earn exciting prizes.

Joining a Leaderboards contest is easy! Opt in to the Leaderboards promotion on the home page or promotions page. You will automatically earn points for every $1 wagered on eligible slots or table games during the promotion period. Earn points and climb the Leaderboard to win prizes!

You can view your standing on Leaderboard contests by tapping on the ‘View Leaderboard’ button. Then tap ‘Find My Ranking’ in the upper right hand corner to find your current ranking.

All Leaderboard contest prizes are paid out in Casino Bonus.

High Stake Leaderboards

High Stake Leaderboards award points for every $1 wagered on eligible slots or table games during the promotion period.

Win Boost Leaderboards

Win Boost Leaderboards award points based on the wager to payout ratio of each winning wager. For example, if you win $3 on a $1 Table Game wager, you will earn 3 leaderboard points ($3 win/$1 bet = 3 points).

Reward Machine

Reward Machine is a Free-to-Play game available to all customers that offers a chance to win up to $2,000 in Casino Bonus EVERY DAY, plus a chance to win an extra $1,000 every week in the Bonus Draw.

How It Works

  • You get 3 free spins each day at 6:00 PM ET and have 24 hours until your spins expire.
  • There are 3 ways to win
    • Match any 3 symbols for an instant win.

Opting In To Promotions

All promotions require the customer to opt in. This means that the customer agrees to the promotional terms and conditions and understands what is needed for them to fulfill the promotion. Deposits and real-money wagers will only count toward fulfilling promotion requirements if they are made after the customer opts in. Note that customers can only participate in one promotion at a time. If a customer opts in to multiple promotions that are running concurrently, the promotion that was opted in to first will be the only one that is active.

To opt in

  • If your opt-in has been accepted, an "ACCEPTED" or "BONUS AWARDED" ribbon will appear over the promotion.
  • A green check for each completed step of a promotion will appear on the promotion page.

How it works
