FanDuel's "My Spend" Dashboard Reached Half of Users During the NFL Season

FanDuel announced that nearly half of its customers—approximately 3.5 million people—used My Spend, a new personalized responsible gaming dashboard, during the 2025-25 NFL season.
The strong adoption shows players are increasingly engaging with responsible gaming (RG) tools that help them track and manage their play responsibly.
My Spend gives customers detailed insights on their deposit and betting activity, including total deposits, net winnings, and more during specific time periods. It also encourages customers to use FanDuel’s full suite of responsible gaming tools, including deposit and wager limits.
To promote and normalize healthy play habits, FanDuel launched a My Spend ad campaign during the NFL playoffs across TV, digital, and social platforms. Testing found that three out of four viewers said tools like My Spend are helpful for all players to manage their activity.
FanDuel has also introduced a new RG tool, Deposit Alerts, which allows customers to create daily, weekly, and monthly budgets and receive notifications when they reach those limits. Deposit Alerts are now available in the Responsible Gaming section of the FanDuel app.

Looking ahead, FanDuel also plans to roll out new RG technology in 2025 that would include early intervention when at-risk behavior is identified.
