Athlete Harassment
At FanDuel, there’s zero tolerance for abuse toward athletes. Our terms and conditions clearly outline that if we determine a customer engaged in the harassment of any participant at a sporting event, we can suspend the account.

Proxy Wagering

Account managers work closely with our RG team to flag and escalate any signs of problematic gambling, ensuring customer safety always comes first.
