RG Ambassador Program
Launched in 2021, the FanDuel RG Ambassador Program was developed to build a team of external partners working as advocates and ambassadors to raise awareness of problem gambling and promote RG education.
Together, these ambassadors play an important role in promoting positive play and responsible behaviors, including the use of gaming tools, like My Spend, as well as deposit, wager, and time limits.

Conversations About Betting
Founded by retired NBA player Randy Livingston and his wife, basketball agent Anita Smith, “Trusted Voices: Conversations About Betting” is designed to equip adults, including parents and coaches, with tools and resources to talk to young people about gambling, associated risks, how to recognize warning signs, and where to go for support.

The Comeback with Craig Carton
"The Comeback with Craig Carton" is a first-of-its-kind video series about problem gambling recovery. Craig, a national sports media personality, struggled with disordered gambling behind the scenes. After serving time in prison, he became a FanDuel RG Ambassador in 2021. Guests share their stories through candid conversations. The series raises awareness, reduces stigma, and encourages open dialogue around responsible play. It reminds fans of the importance of balance, support, and informed choices.

Front Office Sports has partnered with FanDuel to bring you a first-of-its-kind Responsible Gaming Essentials course covering the fundamentals of responsible play and the evolving sportsbook industry.
Leaders from FanDuel, together with representatives across the sports industry and the National Council on Problem Gambling, discuss the rise of legal sports betting in the U.S. and the importance of responsible gaming.

Operation Hope

As part of our commitment to promote responsible play, FanDuel encourages those who choose to wager to set a budget and always play within their financial means. Managing a budget effectively is a skill that requires a level of financial literacy.
Through multi-year support from FanDuel, Operation HOPE is expanding their financial counseling program to offer coaching at no charge to residents of Vermont, Massachusetts and Kentucky.
FanDuel continues to expand its partnership with Operation HOPE and looks forward to continuing to work together to promote financial literacy education.
