Stefon Diggs Status

rotoWire
Diggs caught just four of 10 targets for 35 yards in Sunday's 27-10 loss to the Bengals in the AFC divisional round.

What it means:

Diggs was kept quiet as quarterback Josh Allen went without a touchdown pass for the first time since Week 9. Despite usually being Buffalo's most dangerous target, Diggs finished fourth on the team in receiving yards Sunday, even trailing rookie fifth-rounder Khalil Shakir. Although his season ends in disappointing fashion, Diggs turned in another monster campaign in 2022, posting at least 103 catches, 1,225 receiving yards and eight touchdowns for the third straight year since joining the Bills.
rotoWire
Diggs caught seven of nine targets for 114 yards in Sunday's 34-31 win over the Dolphins in the wild-card round.

What it means:

Diggs enjoyed a big first half, with all seven of his catches coming prior to halftime. That total included a 52-yard bomb to set up Buffalo's opening touchdown early on. Even though he garnered just one look during the second half, Diggs still led the Bills in receiving yards and should remain a big factor as they advance to the AFC divisional round.
rotoWire
Diggs caught seven of 10 targets for 104 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 35-23 win over New England.

What it means:

Diggs gave the Bills some breathing room with a 49-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter. He finishes the regular season with 108 catches for 1,429 yards and 11 touchdowns on 154 targets. Diggs will look to build on his stellar season when the Bills host the Dolphins in the wild-card round.
rotoWire
Diggs (illness) returned to practice Friday, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.

What it means:

Diggs sat out Thursday's practice, but his ability to return the next day suggests his availability for Monday's game against the Bengals isn't in jeopardy. That notion won't be fully confirmed until the Bills release their final injury report Saturday, though.

Stefon Diggs (illness) sitting out Bills practice Thursday

What it means:

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs (illness) is not practicing on Thursday, per head coach Sean McDermott. The Bills play on Monday night against the Cincinnati Bengals, so Diggs has an extra day and a half to get right. Diggs has been kept out of the end zone in three straight games and he's averaging just 3.3 receptions and 41.0 yards in that stretch. numberFire's models project Diggs for 9.3 targets, 5.7 receptions, and 76.7 yards in Week 17. He's the WR6 in our weekly rankings and the Bengals have the No. 13 pass defense in our adjusted season-long team rankings.
rotoWire
Diggs (illness) won't practice Thursday, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.

What it means:

Getzenberg adds that coach Sean McDermott indicated that the Bills hope to have the wideout back on the field sooner rather than later this week, but Diggs' status is now worth monitoring as Monday night's game against the Bengals approaches. In his last outing, Diggs caught both of his targets for 26 yards in the team's 35-13 win over the Bears this past Saturday.
