Burrow completed 26 of 41 passes for 270 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions in Sunday's 23-20 AFC Championship Game loss to the Chiefs. He added 30 yards on four rushing attempts.
What it means:
Burrow threw a game-tying, 27-yard touchdown to Tee Higgins in the third quarter and had the ball with a chance to win it down the stretch, but Kansas City's defense got a crucial third-down stop by sacking Burrow for the fifth time. The Chiefs kicked the winning field goal in the final seconds on their ensuing possession to avenge last season's AFC Championship Game loss to Burrow's Bengals. After throwing for 4,475 yards and a 35:12 TD:INT in the regular season, Burrow added four more touchdown passes, a rushing touchdown and two interceptions in three postseason games.
Burrow completed 23 of 36 passes for 242 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 27-10 win over the Bills in the AFC divisional round. He also rushed six times for 31 yards.
What it means:
Burrow started hot despite snowy conditions, connecting on his first nines throws, which included his two touchdowns. The signal caller opened by finding top target Ja'Marr Chase for a 28-yard score, then hit tight end Hayden Hurst from 15 yards to cap Cincinnati's second drive. With some added production on the ground, Burrow will now prepare for next Sunday's AFC Championship Game against the Chiefs. Facing Kansas City in Week 13 of the regular season, Burrow totaled 332 yards and three touchdowns while not committing any turnovers in a 27-24 victory.
Burrow completed 22 of 32 passes for 209 yards and one touchdown in Sunday's 24-17 win over the Ravens. He also threw a two-point conversion while adding nine rushing yards and a rushing touchdown on five attempts in the wild-card round win.
What it means:
The Ravens held Burrow to fewer than 220 passing yards for the third time in as many meetings this season, but the Bengals found a way to get through with a full-team effort. Burrow connected with Ja'Marr Chase for a seven-yard touchdown on the first play of the second quarter to take a 9-0 lead. After Baltimore responded with 10 unanswered points before halftime, Burrow put the Bengals up 17-10 with a one-yard rushing touchdown and two-point conversion to Tee Higgins. Cincinnati's defense took over from there with a 98-yard fumble recovery touchdown in the fourth quarter, propelling the Bengals into the AFC divisional round, where they will face the Bills on the road.
Burrow completed 25 of 42 passes for 215 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions in Sunday's 27-16 win over the Ravens. He added three rushes for 10 yards.
What it means:
Burrow took to the air plenty with the second seed in the AFC potentially up for grabs, and he topped 40 pass attempts for the second consecutive game. His efficiency was less noteworthy, as he managed only 5.1 yards per attempt. Despite that, he did complete four passes of at least 20 yards, highlighted by a 26-yard touchdown toss to Ja'Marr Chase. With the win, Burrow and the Bengals will host the Ravens in a rematch during wild-card weekend.
Burrow was dominant in the first half against the Pats, and very shaky in the second half in the Bengals' 22-18 win. He ended up completing 40 of 52 passes for 375 yards and three touchdowns, while throwing two interceptions.
What it means:
All of the Bengals' scoring came in the first half, when Burrow went 28-of-36 for 284 yards and all three touchdowns. In the second half he threw a pick-six and was held under 100 yards, as the Pats' pass rush intensified, and their offense kept the Bengals off the field. The Bengals need to find out how long OT La'el Collins (knee) will be out, but presumably he won't play next week against the Bills.
Burrow completed 27 of 39 pass attempts for 200 yards, four touchdowns and an interception in Sunday's 34-23 win over Tampa Bay. He added eight rushing yards on three attempts.
What it means:
It was a tale of two halves for Burrow and the Bengals, who mustered just three points in the first half before going off for 31 unanswered points after halftime. The star quarterback welcomed back Tee Higgins (hamstring) and Tyler Boyd (finger) from minor injuries by dialing up both for two of his four scores in the decisive win. Burrow is up to 31 touchdowns with three games left in the regular season, putting him well on pace to surpass last year's career-high mark of 34. The 26-year-old will prepare to face the Patriots on the road Saturday.
