FanDuel Launches AceAI, First Generative AI Sports Betting Chat Experience

FanDuel recently unveiled a new artificial intelligence (AI) tool called AceAI that is the industry's first generative AI sports betting chat experience.

The chatbot will give customers a streamlined betting experience by sourcing pertinent stats and showcasing available bets in the FanDuel Sportsbook app.

AceAI serves as an educational resource and betting companion for customers, giving them access to data and insights that can inform potential wagers. Customers can ask Ace to help find or construct bets, as well as to compile and research relevant stats on their favorite teams or players.

To utilize Ace, customers must type or speak requests into the chat. Ace will only share information with a customer after the customer submits a request in the chat.

FanDuel built Ace with functionality to proactively detect Responsible Gaming concerns, provide RG resources, and escalate concerning language to FanDuel’s RG team.

Ace is currently available to select customers in Closed Beta and will have an evolving rollout to additional customers as it continues to develop throughout 2025.
