
Amy Howe serves as the CEO of FanDuel Group with responsibility for the company's full portfolio of business units across its sportsbook, casino, racing, and daily fantasy platforms. In this role, she is responsible for driving commercial success across the company's marketing, technology, product, and regulatory practices, ensuring that FanDuel Group maintains its market- leading position as North America's preeminent mobile gaming operator. Prior to being named FanDuel Group's CEO, she served as its President with oversight of the company's core commercial operations, where she played a critical role in shaping the company's growth strategy and operational excellence.
Howe joined FanDuel Group from Live Nation Entertainment, where she held several positions of increasing authority over her tenure. This culminated in her role as Global Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Ticketmaster, the largest division of Live Nation Entertainment. As COO of Ticketmaster, Howe led the digital transformation and modernization of the company's ticketing platform and business model, driving significant growth and innovation. Under her leadership, she doubled the company's growth in gross ticketing value and grew the mobile app install base by 400%, fundamentally reshaping how millions of customers engage with live entertainment. During her tenure at Ticketmaster, Howe also testified before the United States Congress Subcommittee for Energy and Commerce, demonstrating her expertise in navigating complex regulatory and policy environments.
Prior to Live Nation Entertainment, Howe enjoyed a distinguished career as a Partner at McKinsey & Company in Los Angeles, one of the world's premier management consulting firms. She advised many Fortune 500 clients in the Media & Entertainment, Retail, and Consumer Product Goods sectors across a wide range of strategic and operational issues. Her work included growth strategy, restructuring and turnaround initiatives, organizational transformation, and driving commercial and operational excellence for some of the world's most recognizable brands.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Howe is deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of women leaders in business. She sits on the Women's Leadership Board for the Sports Innovation Lab along with 21 of the industry's most influential women in sports, media, and technology. Her leadership and impact have been recognized through numerous industry honors, including a nomination to the 2017 Sports Business Journal Game Changers: Women in Sports Business and inclusion on Billboard Magazine's 100 Most Powerful Women in Music list, reflecting her influence across multiple industries.
Howe earned her Master’s in Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University. She and her husband and three children make their home in Southern California.
