  • Why does FanDuel Sportsbook look different?

    The new FanDuel Sportsbook is now live. The site will be faster - which means even more time to get in on the action. We've also made it easier to navigate so you'll be able to get to what you want when you want it. You may have noticed a fresh look and feel with the functionality you already know and love!

  • Who can access the new FanDuel Sportsbook?

    All of our FanDuel customers will see the new version of the Sportsbook.

  • Why can't I see my old bets?

    Any bets made prior to the update can be accessed via the "my bets" tab, just look for the messaging and option to "view all bets". All bets placed after the update will post in the "my bets" tab as usual.

  • Why can't I cash out some of my bets?

    Any bets placed prior to the update that were scheduled to settle after the update will not be eligible for Cash out. All bets will still be settled as usual and going forward Cash Out will be available on any eligible bets you place.

    What is the Cash Out feature? The Cash Out feature allows you to settle a wager for a certain value before the event you have been on has finished. If your bet is eligible for Cash Out, you will be offered a "Cash out Value". The value will be clearly displayed on you betslip with the "Active Bets" tab.

  • Will I be able to continue to place my favorite bet types?

    For the most part, yes! However, in some cases select NHL player props and NBA in-play player props will be temporarily unavailable. Our team is working to bring them back quickly and we look forward to making them available to you shortly.
