  • Why does FanDuel Sportsbook look different?

    The new FanDuel Sportsbook is now live in Iowa. The site will be faster - which means even more time to get in on the action and place bets. We've also made it easier to navigate so you'll be able to get to what you want when you want it. You may have noticed a fresh look and feel with the functionality you already know and love!

  • Why am I still seeing the old version of the Sportsbook?

    There are likely two reasons you are seeing the old version of the FanDuel Sportsbook app. 1) You are located outside of Iowa in a state where these changes have not been released. For now, these updates are only available in select states. 2) You are located in Iowa, but need to update your app. 

  • Who can access the new FanDuel Sportsbook?

    For now, only users located in Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, West Virginia, Tennessee, Michigan, and Iowa will see the new version of the Sportsbook - we will work to get all states live soon!

  • Why can't I see my old bets?

    You can access your past bets from the "my bets" tab. Any bets made prior to 6/29 can be accessed via the "my bets" tab, just look for the messaging and option to "view all bets". All bets placed after 6/29 will continue to post in the "my bet" tab as usual. 

  • Will I be able to continue to place my favorite bet types?

    For the most part, you will continue to be able to place your favorite bets. However, NHL pre-live player props and NBA in-play player props will be temporarily unavailable.

    Our engineering team is working hard to bring them back quickly. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  • When I'm in different states FanDuel Sportsbook looked entirely different, why?

    Yup, we know. That's because the brand new FanDuel Sportsbook currently is only available in Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, West Virginia, Tennessee, Michigan, and Iowa. We will look to bring it to other states soon! In the meantime, if you're crossing state lines you might notice a few differences.
