Bet types and odds explained
The Moneyline
Just choose one team to win.
The underdog will have plus (+) odds and pay out more than your original bet. The favorite will have minus (-) odds and payout less than your original bet because they’re considered more likely to win.
THE SPREAD
WHEN BETTING THE SPREAD, YOUR TEAM HAS TO
WIN OR LOSE BY A CERTAIN NUMBER OF POINTS
The favorite covers the point spread if they win by more than the spread and the underdog covers if they win outright or lose by less than the spread.
the over/under (total)
CHOOSE IF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF POINTS SCORED BY BOTH TEAMS
COMBINED WILL BE OVER/UNDER A CERTAIN
AMOUNT
If you bet the over, you win when both teams' combined score goes over the total. If you bet the under, you win if the game ends and both teams' combined score is less than the total.
Moneyline Example:
You bet 100K Tokens on the Dallas Cowboys at +200 Odds.
If the Cowboys win, you win 200K Tokens! Your new Token total is 300K (200K WIN +
100K
original bet).
Spread Example:
You bet 110K Tokens on the Buffalo Bills -7 at -110 odds.
If the Bills win by 10 points, you win 100K Tokens! Your new Token total is 210K (100K WIN +
110K original bet).
Over/Under Example:
You bet 110K Tokens on the total number of points scored by the Arizona Cardinals and the
Jacksonville Jaguars to be over 46 points at -110 odds.
If the Cardinals beat the Jaguars by a score of 31 to 20, you win 100K Tokens! Your new
Token total is 210K (100K WIN + 110K original bet).
