Prediction Market Combos: How to Combine Multiple Picks Into One Trade on FanDuel Predicts
Combos on FanDuel Predicts let you combine two or more prediction market contract selections into a single order. Every selection must be correct for the combo to pay out. Because the bar is higher, the potential payout is higher too. The more legs you add, the bigger the potential return.

What Is a Prediction Market Combo?
A prediction market combo works similarly to a parlay in sports betting. Multiple selections are combined into one trade, and all of them must be correct to win. Unlike a traditional sportsbook parlay, combo pricing on FanDuel Predicts is determined by the market itself rather than set by the house.
Each selection in a combo is called a leg. You can add up to six selections in a single combo. The potential payout grows with each leg you add, because the combined probability of all selections being correct decreases.
Example:
Leg 1: Steelers to win —Yes at 77%
Leg 2: Bengals to win — Yes at 30%
Leg 3: Rams to win — Yes at 31%
Leg 4: Jaguars to win — Yes at 49%
All four must be correct for the combo to pay out. If one leg is wrong, the entire combo settles as a loss.

What Selections Can I Combine?
Not all selections can be combined. Here is what to know before building:
You can combine:
- Pre-match picks across different sports markets
- Up to six selections in a single combo
- Selections across different games and sports
You cannot combine:
- Multiple selections from the same market (for example, two different point total lines on the same game)
- Certain market types together, such as a spread market and a to-win market on the same team
- More than six legs in a single combo
- Futures markets such as championship winners or season MVPs
If two selections are ineligible to be combined, the Combo Builder will highlight the conflict. Removing one of the conflicting selections will clear the error so you can continue building.
How Do Combos Pay Out?
Combo payouts are calculated by multiplying the settlement prices of all legs together. The more legs you add and the less likely each outcome, the larger the potential return per dollar traded.
A 2% transaction fee applies to the potential payout at checkout. The same 2% applies if you cash out early on a market that allows it.
You can never lose more than you put in. A position can lose its full premium if the outcome goes against you, but no additional fees are charged beyond what you paid upfront.
Can I Close a Combo Early?
Yes, on select markets you can close your combo position before all legs settle. To close early:
- Go to Manage Positions from the home screen
- Select the position you want to close
- Tap Close, review the details, and confirm
Early cash out availability depends on market liquidity and price availability. If a price is unavailable, refresh the screen or check back shortly. Not all combo markets offer early cash out.
How Do Combos Settle?
- One leg loses: The entire combo settles as a loss immediately, regardless of how other legs settle afterward.
- One leg is canceled or ties: The combo remains active and continues to track the remaining legs. A canceled or tied leg is not automatically a zero. The final payout is calculated using that leg’s settlement price, which may differ from zero.
- All legs correct: The combo pays out. The final payout is calculated by multiplying the settlement prices of all legs together.
Why Is a Price Unavailable in the Combo Builder?
If you see a message that a price is unavailable, it typically means there is not enough trading activity in that market to confirm a price for the combo, or the quoted price has expired since you last loaded the screen. Refresh the screen or select a different pick to continue building.
Prediction Market Combos FAQ
How many legs can a combo have on FanDuel Predicts?
A minimum of two and a maximum of six selections per combo.
Do all legs have to be from the same sport?
No. You can combine selections across different sports and games in a single combo.
Is a prediction market combo the same as a parlay?
Combos work similarly to parlays. Multiple selections must all be correct to win. The key difference is that combo pricing is set by the market and other participants, not by the house.
What happens if one leg of my combo ties?
A tied leg follows the same rules as a canceled leg. The combo remains active unless a separate leg loses. The tied leg’s settlement price is factored into the final payout calculation.

No. Futures markets such as championship winners and season MVPs are not eligible for combos.
Where can I view my open combos?
Go to Manage Positions from the home screen. Your open combos appear under the Positions tab with your current quantity and estimated value.
Can I lose more than I put in?
