Promotion
The MLB Survivor (“Tournament”) is a daily fantasy baseball tournament with an entry fee of $150. No user will be eligible to have more than 30 entries into the Tournament.
The Tournament will be conducted in Survivor format. The Tournament begins on July 6th with a maximum field of 753 entrants. The top 500 finishers will advance to the second round, which takes place on July 8th. The top 300 finishers of the second round will advance to the third round, which takes place on July 15th. The top 148 finishers of the third round will advance to the fourth and final round, which takes place on July 18th.
Teams and Scoring
Standard FanDuel scoring rules for fantasy baseball contests apply to all rounds of the Tournament. You can find all scoring rules at https://www.fanduel.com/rules.
In the event of a tie for any of the cash prizes in round 4, the tied participants will split the cash prizes that they tied for. In the event of a tie for the final advancing position in any survivor round, all tied participants will advance to the next round.
Eligibility
All US and Canadian residents who comply with our eligibility rules for paid entry games in our terms of service are eligible to win a prize as part of this Promotion. Users physically located in Arizona, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, and Washington are not eligible to enter this competition. FanDuel employees may enter the competition for testing purposes but are not eligible to win any prizes. Employees and operators of other daily fantasy sports sites are not eligible for this Promotion.
Additional Terms and Conditions
FanDuel may request US resident prize winners to to provide address and social security details prior to receiving their prize if their prize exceeds $600 in value. Winners are responsible for paying all taxes, fees, registration and insurance, for any prizes won in connection with this contest.
The decisions made by FanDuel management regarding, but not limited to, eligibility, winners, scoring, rules, prizes and compliance is in accordance with FanDuel’s standards of conduct. No correspondence will be entered into. FanDuel reserves the right to make reasonable changes to these terms, (a) to ensure the fairness of competition, and (b) in response to unanticipated developments (including, but not limited to, technical failures, errors, acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, changes in applicable law, failure of stats provider and failure to obtain a minimum number of entrants).
