Dale Hooper

Dale serves as Managing Director, iGaming North America, where he is responsible for FanDuel’s U.S. Casino business, Poker, Canada and the North American Operations team. A dynamic leader with more than 25 years of experience, Dale brings a passion for sports, creativity, and a strong track record of building and growing businesses. Since joining FanDuel, he has played a key role in leading the company’s expansion in Canada, building a high-performing team and establishing strategic partnerships that have helped position FanDuel as a market leader.

Prior to joining FanDuel, Dale held senior leadership and C-suite roles with Rogers Communications, PepsiCo Canada and Cannabis Compliance Inc. (CCI), where he drove growth, transformation and innovation across several industries in North America.

Dale holds a Bachelor's of Commerce degree from Laurentian University and has a longstanding commitment to giving back to the Canadian sport and broader community. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Baseball Canada and has previously served on the boards of the Canadian Paralympic Committee, St. Joseph’s Health Centre Foundation and the Canadian Sport Institute Ontario.
