A FanDuel Leader

Christian Genetski

President

Christian serves as President of FanDuel Group, where he oversees corporate and business development, government and public affairs, communications, and strategic and commercial partnerships.

As FanDuel's former Chief Legal Officer, Genetski first navigated the company through regulatory challenges that ultimately legalized and regulated Daily Fantasy Sports in over 20 states, creating a bridge for FanDuel's entry into sports betting and i-gaming following the repeal of PASPA in 2018. Following PASPA repeal, he led the industry’s work with legislators and regulators across the United States to unlock sports betting and build a regulatory framework for operators. His leadership also secured FanDuel's market access footprint, including partnerships with professional sports franchises and official partnerships with the NBA, NFL, NHL, and PGA TOUR. In 2024, he was elected to the SBC Sports Betting Hall of Fame.

Prior to FanDuel, Genetski was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the Electronic Software Association, a partner in AmLaw 50 law firms, co-founder of a boutique law firm, and served as a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Department of Justice's Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section.

Genetski holds a Bachelor’s degree from Birmingham-Southern College and J.D. from the Vanderbilt University School of Law. He resides in Washington DC with his wife, two daughters, and dogs Oshie and Parlay. He is a fan of the professional D.C. sports franchises, but his sports ride or die is the Alabama Crimson Tide.
