Kentucky quarterback Will Levis is one of the most intriguing prospects at the top of the 2023 NFL Draft. While he may not be part of the clear top quarterback tier with Bryce Young and CJ Stroud, all it takes is one team to fall in love with his untapped upside to completely shock the NFL world.
