Week 4 of the NFL season includes an intriguing NFC East showdown between the Washington Commanders and Dallas Cowboys. FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL odds show the Cowboys as 3-point favorites in what should be a close affair.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's our start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 4 showdown between the Commanders and Cowboys.

Antonio Gibson Fantasy

Start Antonio Gibson, RB, Washington Commanders: While Antonio Gibson hasn't blown us away with a 20+ point PPR performance thus far, he's been one of the most consistent fantasy backs in the league. Gibson is RB12 on the year and is averaging 14.4 PPR points per week. This included 13.3 rushing attempts and 4.33 targets per game. Dallas' defense is rather one-dimensional against the pass, ranking sixth in Football Outsiders pass-defense DVOA metric but just middle of the pack (16th) in rush defense. I don't like many of Washington's fantasy options in this matchup, so we'll rock with the consistent hand.

Cowboys Defense Fantasy

Start Dallas Cowboys D/ST: Projected as the fourth-ranked defensive unit in The Duel's Preseason Rankings, Dallas' defense has not been up to par thus far. They rate just 12th so far, but this all may change in Week 4. The Cowboys have a defense built to force turnovers and sack the quarterback. Enter Carson Wentz and the Commanders. Wentz has his offense have already coughed up 5 turnovers and a league-leading 15 sacks. On the other side are the Cowboys, who lead the league with 13 sacks. Dallas' defense will feast on Carson Wentz's lack of confidence in the pocket, and rack up big fantasy points in the process.

Terry McLaurin Fantasy

Sit Terry McLaurin, WR, Washington Commanders: Curtis Samuel continues to widen the gap between himself and Terry McLaurin in terms of Carson Wentz' favorite targets. Samuel already owns 9 addition targets in three games, and turned in a whopping 10 more receptions. McLaurin does his damage as a deep threat (19.6 yards per reception, 15.7-yard ADOT), but that's exactly what the Dallas defense excels at preventing. Dallas ranks fourth in the NFL in terms of passing yards allowed (529) and their 4.7-yards per passing attempt is the second-lowest mark in football.

Ezekiel Elliott Fantasy

Sit Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Dallas Cowboys: Tony Pollard continues to eat into Ezekiel Elliott's role as a true No. 1 running back. This is shaping up more as an RB1A and RB1B situation. Elliott controls 53% of the rushing share compared to Pollard's 38%. Pollard has also doubled Elliott's targets, receptions and receiving yards. Pollard actually ranks above Elliott in PPR points thus far, operating as RB25 compared to Elliott's RB39 mark. Washington also rates much better against the run: 16th in Football Outsiders' rush-defense DVOA metric and 28th in pass defense.
