Two teams looking to bounce back from disappointing Week 2 losses meet head-to-head in Week 3 as the Atlanta Falcons visit the Seattle Seahawks. FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL odds list the Falcons as a 1-point road favorite in a game that is will surely have fantasy football implications.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's our start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 3 NFC showdown.

Cordarrelle Patterson Fantasy

Start Cordarrelle Patterson, RB, Atlanta Falcons: Fantasy managers were left wanting more in Week 2 as running back Cordarrelle Patterson racked up just 41 yards on 10 touches. He was only targeted in the passing attack once, but he has a great shot rebound with a big day in Week 3. The Seahawks have allowed the most receiving yards (152) and the seventh-most rushing yards (219) to opposing RBs in 2022. Facing a defense that allows 8.4 yards per reception to opposing RBs is the exact type of situation Patterson took advantage of in his breakout 2021 season. Look for the 31-year-old to shine as one of quarterback Marcus Mariota's favorite targets on Sunday.

Tyler Lockett Fantasy

Start Tyler Lockett, WR, Seattle Seahawks: Talk about a perfect matchup. Tyler Lockett is coming off a Week 2 game in which he posted 107 yards on a team-high 11 targets and now gets to face an Atlanta defense that is giving up the third-most PPR fantasy points to opposing wide receivers. The Falcons have allowed 5 touchdowns to the position as well, which is tied for the highest mark in the NFL. Head coach Pete Carroll said earlier in the week that he wants to let quarterback Geno Smith air it out on Sunday and Lockett has proven that he is a capable deep threat. Start him with confidence.

Kyle Pitts Fantasy

Sit Kyle Pitts, TE, Atlanta Falcons: Fantasy managers are likely giving it one more week before they start panicking about tight end Kyle Pitts' lack of production. After all, the Seahawks line up as an advantageous matchup. However, sitting Pitts this week for a streaming TE with more upside isn't the worst idea in the world. The former Florida standout has only seen a target on 19.6% of his routes this season and is not developing any early chemistry with Mariota. Pitts has also only seen 1 red zone target, which lines up with his underwhelming touchdown total of 1 from last year. He needs to start turning things around ASAP.

Kenneth Walker III Fantasy

Sit Kenneth Walker III, RB, Seattle Seahawks: Running back Kenneth Walker III's season got started off on the wrong foot as he stayed on the sideline after undergoing offseason hernia surgery. He then made his NFL debut in Week 2, rushing for 10 yards on 4 carries and adding 5 yards on 2 receptions. Walker only appeared in 24% of the offensive snaps, though, and draws a horrible matchup in Week 3. Atlanta is allowing the sixth-fewest PPR fantasy points to opposing RBs and has given up just 1 touchdown to an opposing RB. Walker is not the starter in Seattle, meaning he is not a starter in fantasy football.
