The NBA has nine matchups slated for Friday, Dec. 30, including a Western Conference collision between the Golden State Warriors (18-18) and Portland Trail Blazers (18-16).

Despite a lengthy injury list, the Warriors have won three games in a row, most recently defeating the Utah Jazz, 112-107, on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Jerami Grant (32 points, 10 rebounds) and Jusuf Nurkic's (28 points, 15 rebounds) double-doubles helped the Trail Blazers secure a 124-113 win over the Charlotte Hornets on Sunday, ending a three-game skid.

Can the Warriors pick up their fourth straight win tonight? Or will the Trail Blazers prove that their latest win wasn't a fluke?

Warriors vs. Trail Blazers Prediction & Pick

Against all odds, the Warriors have continued to be the best home team in basketball. Not only are they 15-2 straight up at Chase Center this season, but they've also won four straight games at home. Having said that, I don't think the Warriors can rely on Jordan Poole to keep winning their games forever.

The Warriors will be without Stephen Curry (shoulder) and Andrew Wiggins (illness) again while Draymond Green (foot) and Donte DiVincenzo's (knee) game status is up in the air. I just don't see how Golden State will keep up with Portland after Nurkic, Grant and Damian Lillard just combined for 77 points.

In what should be an exciting contest, I've got the Blazers winning this one.

Final Score Prediction: Trail Blazers: 117 | Warriors: 114

Warriors vs. Trail Blazers Best Bet

Although both teams have a ton of offensive potential, I don't anticipate a shootout. First of all, the absence of players like Curry and Wiggins lowers the potential of more points being scored. Secondly, the total has gone under in each team's last three games, respectively, as well as in four of the Blazers' last five and in each of the Warrior's last five at home.

With the total also going under in four of the last six Warriors-Trail Blazers matchups, brace fewer points than expected.

Bet: Under 233 Points (-108)
