Conor McGregor is set to make his much-anticipated return to the UFC on Saturday night when he fights Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone in the main event at UFC 246.

While McGregor has long been the flamboyant trash-talking champ that everyone either loved or loved to hate, he has taken a more somber approach to his next bout after roughly a two-year absence from the octagon and fans have seemed to respond positively.

In terms of how McGregor is being portrayed at the sportsbooks, it looks like fans and bettors alike still have confidence in the former champ. McGregor is receiving 77 percent of the moneyline bets, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

When it comes to method of victory, the most common bet goes to McGregor by KO/TKO, with 48 percent of the bets on that outcome.

The most popular choice for when the fight will end by volume is McGregor in the third round.

Additionally, one of the more interesting numbers is that 96 percent of bettors think the fight will go the distance.

While these numbers don't necessarily indicate one bet is better than the other, it does show that bettors have full confidence in McGregor putting together a successful comeback in this fight.
