Few defenses are true every-week starting options in fantasy football. That's why "streaming" the position, picking defenses off the waiver wire as needed every week, can be such a useful strategy.

Here are our top three defenses, rostered in fewer than 50% of Yahoo! fantasy leagues, to target as streaming options in Week 10.

Fantasy Defenses to Stream Week 10

3. Minnesota Vikings (at CHI)

After a strong start to the year, the Chicago Bears have dropped three in a row. During that stretch, they've averaged only 16.7 points per game, while Nick Foles has thrown 3 interceptions and been sacked 12 times. The Minnesota Vikings' defense is on the opposite trajectory, coming off back-to-back wins and forcing 4 turnovers and 3 sacks in two games since their Week 7 bye.

2. Philadelphia Eagles (at NYG)

Daniel Jones has been a treat for fantasy managers playing defenses facing the New York Giants. Jones has averaged nearly an interception per game over the season, getting picked off in seven of nine games. He's also been sacked 28 times already, including 11 times in the last three games alone. The Eagles gave up 21 points to the Giants in their last meeting, but with 3 sacks and 1 pick, they still managed to score 9 fantasy points.

1. Green Bay Packers (vs JAX)

The Green Bay Packers are The Duel's No. 1-ranked fantasy defense for Week 10, making them an obvious top streaming pick. FanDuel Sportsbook has them favored by 13.5 at home against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Jake Luton threw a pick and was sacked twice in his first NFL start, and that was in a much friendlier matchup against the terrible Houston Texans' defense. The Packers have the 12th best sack rate (6.4%) in the NFL, and in a likely blowout win, that unit should get plenty of chances to go after Luton.
