Opening Day is now a little under two months away, which means it's time to begin prepping for your 2021 fantasy baseball drafts.

Here at The Duel we'll have you covered every step of the way, and that begins with the first step of draft prep — identifying this year's top fantasy baseball assets. You can check out our top-100 fantasy baseball player rankings here and top-20 team names as well.

With that in mind, here are the top-10 fantasy baseball third basemen for the 2021 MLB season.

Fantasy Baseball 3B Rankings 2021

10. Yoan Moncada, Chicago White Sox

9. Eugenio Suarez, Cincinnati Reds

8. Vladimir Guerrero Jr., Toronto Blue Jays

Vlad Guerrero Jr.'s second MLB season in 2020 still didn't see him live up to the hype he carried as a prospect, but it was certainly a step forward from his disappointing 2019 campaign. He cut his strikeout rate from 17.7% to 15.6%, and he upped his isolated power (ISO) from .162 to .199. You still want to see more than 9 home runs across 60 games out of him, but those big strides in the right direction are a great sign. At just 21 years old, there's still plenty of room to grow. Guerrero remains a risky pick, but his upside is impossible to ignore.

7. DJ LeMahieu, New York Yankees

6. Rafael Devers, Boston Red Sox

5. Alex Bregman, Houston Astros

4. Nolan Arenado, St. Louis Cardinals

The big question here, of course, is how much being away from Coors Field is going to hurt Nolan Arenado's fantasy outlook. Looking back at his recent numbers, there's not too much reason to be concerned. Over the last three seasons, Arenado has still absolutely blasted baseballs on the road, with a 41.1% hard-hit rate and 44.0% fly-ball rate. He should be just fine in 2021.

3. Anthony Rendon, Los Angeles Angels

2. Manny Machado, San Diego Padres

1. Jose Ramirez, Cleveland Indians

The 2020 season showed us that a poor 2019 campaign from Jose Ramirez was just a fluke. After posting a weighted on-base average (wOBA) north of .390 in both 2017 and 2018, Ramirez bounced back with a career-best .415 wOBA in 2020. His power-speed combo remained lethal (his 17 home runs were tied for the most for any batter who also notched double-digit steals), and we have Ramirez ranked 10th across players at any position heading into 2021.

Be sure to check out our top-10 rankings for the other positions as well: shortstop, first base, outfielder and starting pitcher.
